For a Singapore client programme, match the holder orientation to the printed card layout and check that names, photographs and access details remain visible through the window. Test a sample with the actual card, attachment and reader if the pass will be used for building access.

Submit your artwork and ask Executive Gifts to confirm a suitable decoration method and area on the PU surface. Keep essential badge information unobstructed, approve the artwork proof and request a sample where fine lettering or logo contrast needs checking.

Can holders be supplied with lanyards or individual packing?

Request compatible lanyards, reels, packing and any assembly as separate quotation requirements. Confirm which accessories are included and how each holder should be presented for recipients.

What information is needed for a quotation?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per product. Send the quantity, portrait or landscape preference, card dimensions, artwork, accessory and packing needs, and required delivery date. Availability, final specification, pricing and production timing will be confirmed for the order.
