Enquiries, cancellations and returns

Submitting an enquiry through Executive Gifts does not require payment and is not a confirmed purchase. You may contact us to change or withdraw an enquiry before confirming an order.

For confirmed orders, cancellation, return and refund arrangements will be set out in the agreed quotation and remain subject to applicable law. Please confirm these arrangements before approving production, particularly for customised or branded products.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or with a quality concern, contact us with your order reference, a description and relevant photographs so we can review the issue and agree the next steps. Please contact us before sending goods back so return arrangements can be confirmed.
