Desktop Calendar

Desktop calendars for client appreciation

A Desktop Calendar offers a practical place for dates and a considered company presentation on a client’s desk. The sample photograph shows a top wire-bound calendar on a triangular black stand, with a city image on the displayed page. Discuss the current format with Executive Gifts for a client appreciation or executive desk gift in Singapore.

What calendar specification should I request?

Provide the required calendar year, quantity and intended desk footprint. Ask for confirmation of the finished page size, assembled stand dimensions, page count, paper weight, board construction, binding and print finish. These details are not specified in the existing catalogue and should be agreed in the quotation.

Confirm whether the available format is monthly or another layout, which languages are required, and whether there is writing space for appointments. A photograph of a sample does not establish the current year, layout or included artwork.

Artwork, dates and holiday checks

Share your company logo, approved images and preferred design direction. Ask for the print template, safe areas and file requirements, including any space reserved for the stand or binding. Review a complete proof before production approval, checking dates, weekdays, month sequence, contact details, image permissions and any public-holiday information required for the intended market.

Request a sample if paper feel, stand stability, writing surface or colour reproduction is important. Artwork in the sample image is illustrative and is not automatically included in the order.

The current enquiry control starts at 50 units. Share the required year, quantity, approved design brief, required date, destination and packaging preference. Confirm individual packing and any design or setup requirements. Executive Gifts will confirm the proposed specification, availability, pricing and delivery timing for your selected order.

For another client desk accessory, compare the custom printed mouse pad, checking its separate size and print details. To discuss your calendar brief, contact Executive Gifts.
