A4 PU Leather Black Certificate Holder

Black A4 PU certificate holder

Present an award, training certificate or letter of recognition in a black folding holder. This listing has four corner slots on one internal side to retain a document, as shown in the open-folder photograph. It is a certificate presentation holder, separate from the A4 meeting folder with writing pad and pockets.

Material and document fit

The historical catalogue describes the cover as black PU leather. This is a synthetic leather-style material description, not a claim of genuine leather. Confirm the current cover, lining, edge finish and rigidity against a sample.

A4 is the listed document format. Request the actual open and closed dimensions, usable corner-slot spacing and supported paper thickness. Test your final printed certificate in a sample before ordering, especially where borders, foil or seals sit near the corners. The listing establishes slots on one side; a second certificate position is not confirmed.

Plan the presentation

Confirm the required portrait or landscape presentation and the hinge orientation. Ask whether certificates can be inserted before delivery and whether individual sleeves or boxes are available. Printing, certificate insertion and presentation packaging are separate requirements to include in the quotation. No archival, waterproof or document-security performance is established here.

Logo and corporate quotation

The enquiry control starts at 50 pieces. Confirm current minimums and availability for the selected finish. Send your cover artwork to review permitted decoration methods, placement, size and colour. Request an artwork proof and decorated sample where needed.

Include quantity, certificate dimensions and orientation, artwork, insertion and packing needs, delivery location and required date. Executive Gifts can confirm the supplied holder, current pricing and delivery schedule.
