A5 Conference Folder

A5 conference folder for client and executive meetings

Consider this A5 Conference Folder for client meetings, partner briefings and executive appreciation. The pictured grey cover, dark spine and organised interior offer space for a writing pad, business cards and documents. Review the exact folder and packing sample before ordering.

Catalogue construction and contents

• Listed materials: bicast leather and polyester, with rigid card backing. Confirm the material allocation and surface finish on the current item.
• Business-card compartments and a document pocket.
• A5 writing pad is listed as included; confirm the current pad layout, sheet count and attachment method.
• Black gift box is listed; confirm its size, insert and current presentation.

Bicast leather is the catalogue material description; no full-grain leather claim is made. The A5 designation describes the pad format, not the folder’s full external dimensions. Ask for closed and open measurements, thickness and weight if it must fit a bag or presentation sleeve.

Review the working layout

Check card and document fit, closure operation, the side loop and replacement-pad compatibility on a sample. Confirm whether a pen is supplied or needs to be quoted separately. Ask for the current care instructions and colour options.

Artwork and presentation

Ask Executive Gifts to assess decoration on the cover, tab detail or box, including the method, usable area and position relative to the spine and texture. Approve the artwork proof and sample before the quantity order. Confirm message-card and outer-sleeve options for client handover.

Request a quotation

The current enquiry control starts at 50 pieces; confirm the final minimum for your artwork and packing. Send quantity, pad and pen requirements, artwork and required date when you contact Executive Gifts. Request current availability, itemised pricing and a proposed production and delivery schedule.

For a separate notebook-and-pen gift, compare the Moleskine notebook and roller pen set and review its different size and contents.
