Visors for Client Gifts: Polyester Mesh or Cotton Twill, Adjustment, Peak and Worn Artwork
Share
Choose visors for client gifts by actual adjustment range, peak dimensions and the artwork visible in normal wear. Polyester mesh and cotton-twill references need separate fabric and proof decisions. An adjustable closure does not establish the same fit for every recipient.
Browse ExecutiveGifts’ visor references. This guide focuses on open-crown visors. The client and team cap guide covers other crown panels and closures; its templates and size assumptions do not identify these two models.
Define the wearer and presentation brief
Record the recipient group, intended activity and preferred colours. Ask for head-circumference range, peak width and depth, band dimensions and fastening details. Review a sample on representative wearers before deciding artwork size.
If a documented sun-protection property is required, request current exact-model evidence and conditions. An open crown, pre-curved peak or broad catalogue description does not establish a numerical rating.
Compare polyester and cotton references
Sports Mesh Visor
Sports Mesh Visor describes polyester, a pre-curved peak, adjustable hook-and-loop closure and a sweatband. White and Black are the listed colour references. Confirm the current fabric construction, composition label and colour availability.
Request numerical adjustment and peak measurements; they are not established by the visible description. The photograph contains tournament example artwork on a white visor. Confirm actual supplied marks and permissions, and commission a separate proof for the intended client design.
Orlando Sun Visor
Orlando Sun Visor lists cotton twill, a pre-curved peak, sweatband and adjustable hook-and-loop closure. Ask for current colours, composition details, adjustment range and peak dimensions.
Do not transfer the Sports Mesh model’s polyester or colour references to Orlando. Cotton wording and a Sun Visor title do not establish tested cooling, sweat-management performance or a protection rating. Obtain the specific documentation required by the client brief.
Approve fit and artwork in normal wear
- Check the exact model’s usable adjustment range.
- Review band position, peak shape and ordinary movement.
- Confirm fastening access with the intended hairstyle or other headwear.
- Assess lettering size and placement on the curved worn surface.
- Keep closures, seams and required labels functional.
Ask which decoration methods suit each material and whether backing or stitches affect the inside band. Approve a finished sample where texture or colour is important. An on-screen proof does not establish physical fit or the feel of the decorated garment.
Quote complete client presentation
Obtain care instructions for the actual fabric and decoration. Do not infer washing permissions, colourfastness or universal comfort from the material name. Itemise visor, labels or care information, individual packing and message card.
